2022 was simultaneously the best year ever and one of the worst as far as life events go.

January: Did some traveling and went back to work at good old Dunkin’ after finishing up as a nanny, finished fixing up my house as well as moving all my stuff in, and worked on organizing Winter Camp with a good friend of mine at Beaver Camp…

February: APD winter camp, all our planning put into action, tons of fun! After winter camp life went back to normal a bit and then Jacob and I got Engaged on the 25th!!!

March: Wedding planning!!!

April: Jacob and I got married!!!

May: North Carolina trip, Jacob turned 20, and we got a cat “kitty”...

June: We started Summer camp at Beaver Camp, I was in the office and Jacob led recreation for the kids, a few of our friends got engaged, Kitty had kittens (Edward, Esme, Rosilie, Emmitt, and Carlisle)...

July: Kitty ran away, Camp, weekend trips, another one of our friends got engaged!!!

August: Camp ended, Rhode Island trip, Hannah and Peyton got married!! Back to work at Dunkin after camp…

September: Just working, trying to settle into our home and actually unpack for the first time since we had gotten married, all our kittens found homes and we kept Edward and Carlisle.

October: I turned 19, worked, started Saturday Morning Bible Study again, led Joshua United Youth Group with some other awesome people, and started practicing music for our homeschool Christmas Play…

November: Youth, Sock Drive started, led JU, found out my dad had cancer and a year to live at best, a lot of tough days…

December: Spent a ton of time with my family, three different Christmas celebrations, The Christmas Play, work, a lot of tough days…

All in all I am very grateful for 2022 and I very much hope this coming year has as much good to offer. My family and I are stepping into the new year with heavy hearts but the highest hopes and good spirits all around. We are “Living on a prayer” as Bon Jovi would say and ”May the God of hope fill us with all joy and peace as we trust in him, so we may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit” as Paul would say. Happy New Year everyone, thanks for sticking around. :)
